fortunate to be living here in these beautiful Hawaiian
Islands. If you have ever visited, you know how unique
Hawaii is...it's not only the plants, animals and land
itself, but it's also the culture and traditions that
we enjoy. If you have not visited our islands, please
do...it'll be a vacation that you'll never forget!
Products
As alluded to above, our Polynesian culture is
very unique. Our mission is to provide you with affordable
products that will bring that little touch of Aloha
to your home...whether it be here on Oahu...or one of
our neighbor islands...or across the sea. Our products
are grouped into galleries whereby you can view, read
about, and order our products. Our product offerings
will change from time to time, so check back often.

EBAY Listings
We cannot offer our entire product line on EBAY
as the items are usually listed at starting prices below
our costs (none of our EBAY auctions have "Reserves").
But it is a great opportunity for us to "show our
wares" and for you to get a real bargain from time
to time. When you click on an Ebay item on this website,
you will be taken directly to the item listing on Ebay.
As we cannot keep our site updated minute by minute,
the item may have already sold (some auctions have a
"Buy It Now" feature). Back

Payment
All of our prices are stated in $US. Our primary
method of receiving payments is Paypal (click
here to enroll) as it is one of the safest ways
to purchase items over the internet for both buyers
and sellers. If you've never used Paypal, I woud suggest
that you purchase something small from our site or Ebay
just to see how easy and secure it is. Note that in
order to pay via Paypal, you must have a confirmed
address (see Paypal to understand what that
means). To

We also take all major credit cards. Processing is done
via Paypal services as we've found this method the safest
& secure process for online payments. In this process
we never see your credit card information.
If, however, you are still apprehensive
about online payments, you may order by phone and pay
via cashier's check or moneyorder; however products
will not be shipped until funds are received. We
do not accept personal checks outside of Hawaii...and
even those require a 7-day waiting period for the check
to clear.
For non-Paypal payments, add items to
the Paypal cart (so that it calculates a total for you)
but do not "check out"...instead, print the
order form, add shipping (costs are below), then mail
it to our address listed in the "Contact

Shipping
USA SHIPPING
Good News! We just installed new software that
calculated shipping based on item weights so you pay
what it costs us to ship your item (postage & packaging
costs) and you can check your shipping costs while you
shop...no surprises at checkout!
We currently ship to US destinations through
this automated system. We currently offer USPS Parcel
Post, USPS Priority, and USPS Express mail. We are working
on incorporating UPS; however, we've found that USPS
Priority Mail is probably your best choice (3-4 day
delivery from Hawaii and costs only slightly higher
than Parcel Post). USPS Priority & Express Mail
comes with "Delivery Confirmation" in which
we can provide you with a tracking # (note that USPS
tracking is different from FEDEx or UPS tracking as
it only registers when the item is delivered...it does
not track its journey).
Please note
the following about USA shipping costs:

1) Actual weight
of item + packaging is included (i.e. some listings
indicate weight of item itself; however, item is
usually pre-packaged in a box or wrapping of some
sort which adds to the overall weight). |

2) A small weight % is added
to the shipment to account for packing material
to provide padding and fill the shipping box as
well as the weight of the shipping box itself. |

3) A small handling fee
is added to account for the cost of the packing/shipping
material & order processing...handling fee is
5% of the order (i.e. $1 for every $20 order) with
a minimum of $0.50 per order. |

4) Aloha Wood Art items
must be shipped seperately (you can order at the
same time, but the shipping cost will reflect the
Aloha Wood Art item being shipped separately). If
you order multiple Aloha Wood Art items, these can
be packaged together; however, you must contact
us before completing your order to that we can create
a special package for you so you don't get overcharged. |

5) We've found
this system to be very accurate as it protects both
the buyer & seller from over/under charging
for shipping. In addition it provides the customer
the convenience of checking your shipping costs
while you shop (so you can fill up your cart up
maximize your items before you reach the next weight
threshhold). |

INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
Sorry, we have not yet incorporated the International
shipping module into our website yet (we are still testing
it). If you would like to place an order, contact us
and we will provide you with your shipping information.
Please note; however, that packages over a pound (US
weight) shipped internationally may be subject to tarrifs
and/or duties which is the responsibility of the buyer.

LOCAL
(island of Oahu) FREE PICKUP
For our friends on Oahu: We may be attending
local "craft fairs" around the island from
time to time (we will annouce the "when & where's"
at a later date). You may save on shipping by ordering
on-line and when checking out, mention the craft fair
that you will pick up your products (of course it must
be one of the craft fairs that we've annouced that we
would attend). We will have your items packaged and
ready to pick up. (Note to use this service, you will
need to pay via Paypal or send payment 7 days prior
to scheduled craft fair.) Of course you can select &
pay for your items at the craft fair; however, we would
not be bringing our entire product line to these fairs.
OTHER
SHIPPING INFO

via this website are shipped twice a week (Wed &
Sat).
